Essential Field Rules

• ⏱️ Electronic Visit Verification (EVV): You must be on-site with location services enabled to clock in/out on ShiftCare. If you miss a clock-in, contact administration immediately.

• 🚗 Transportation & Errands: Caregivers may run solitary errands using their personal vehicle without the client present. Transporting clients in personal vehicles is strictly prohibited. Driving a client in the client’s own vehicle requires prior administrative authorization.

• 📞 On-Duty Communication: For non-urgent schedule questions or shift swaps, use the internal ShiftCare messaging feature.
